রাতের ভোটের আওয়ামী লীগ সরকার ( Awami League government of the night vote )

আমরা বাঙালী জাতি ১৯৭১ সালের ২৫শে মার্চ এর রাতকে কালো রাত বলে থাকি। কারন এই রাতেই বাঙালী জাতির উপর পাকিস্তানি হানাদার বাহিনী নির্বিচারে ঘুমন্ত মানুষের উপরে হত্যাযজ্ঞ চালায়।তারপর দেশে শুরু হয় এক রক্তক্ষয়ী যুদ্ধ যা দীর্ঘ নয় মাস স্থায়ী হয়।আমরা ১৯৭১ সালের ১৬ই ডিসেম্বর স্বাধীনতা পেলেও আসলেই কি আমরা স্বাধীন?
১৯৭১ সালের ২৫শে মার্চ এর কালো রাত এর মতো আরেকটি কালো রাত হলো ২০১৮ সালের ২৯শে ডিসেম্বর। এই রাতে আওয়ামী লীগ সরকার তাদের পোষ্য গুন্ডাবাহিনী , ছাত্রলীগ ,পুলিশ প্রশাসন দিয়ে ভোটের আগের রাতেই ব্যালট বক্স ভরে রেখে সাধারণ মানুষের ভোটাধিকার হরন করে। তেমনিভাবে আওয়ামী লীগ সরকার ২০১৪ সালে মানুষের ভোটের অধিকার কেড়ে নিয়ে সরকার গঠন করে।
গোটা বিশ্ব এখন বিশ্বাস করে বাংলাদেশে ২০১৪ ও ২০১৮ সালে কোন নির্বাচন হয়নি, হয়েছে ভোট চুরি প্রহসনের নির্বাচন।
২০১৯ সালের ১৫ই জানুয়ারী প্রথম আলোর এক রিপোর্টে বলা হয়, ট্রাস্পারেন্সি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলাদেশ (টিআইবি) এর এক গবেষণা অনুযায়ী ২০১৮ সালে জাতীয় নির্বাচনে তাদের বাছাই করা পঞ্চাশটি আসনের মধ্যে ৩৩টি আসনে নির্বাচনের আগের রাতে ব্যালটে সিল দেয়া হয়েছে। সংস্থাটি এই নির্বাচনকে প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ এবং ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বলে মন্তব্য করে। অথচ নির্বাচনের দিন সারাদেশে সকল ভোট কেন্দ্রের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছিল নির্বাচন কমিশন ও আওয়ামী লীগ সরকার। অন্য সব প্রতিশ্রুতির মতো এটিও পালনে ব্যার্থ হয় নির্বাচন কমিশন।
বেশিরভাগ ভোটকেন্দ্রে বিরোধী দলীয় কর্মীদের গণহারে গ্রেপ্তার ,অত্যাচার, সাধারণ মানুষকে নৌকা মার্কায় ভোট দিতে প্ররোচিত করা আর এসবই ছিল ২০১৪ এবং ২০১৮ এর নির্বাচনে। ছাত্রলীগ দিয়ে হামলা, পুলিশ প্রশাসনের নীরবতা পালন এসবই প্রমাণ করে আওয়ামী লীগ একটি সাজানো নির্বাচন করে সাধারণ মানুষের ভোটাধিকার কেড়ে নেয়।
একটি গনতান্ত্রিক দেশে জাতীয় নির্বাচনে ভোট দেয়া আপনার আমার সকলের গনতান্ত্রিক অধিকার, কিন্তু আপনি নির্বাচন এর দিন ভোট কেন্দ্রে গিয়ে আবিষ্কার করলেন আপনার ভোট অন্য কেউ আগেই দিয়ে দিয়েছে। বাংলাদেশের মানুষ ২০১৪ ও ২০১৮ সালে দেখেছে কিভাবে মৃত মানুষও ভোট দেয়। আর এগুলোর পিছনে আওয়ামী লীগের দ্বারা মনোনীত নির্বাচন কমিশন কিভাবে ভোটাধিকার কেড়ে নিয়েছে। আজ দেশে গনতান্ত্রিক অধিকার নেই, সাধারণ জনগণের ভোটের অধিকার নেই। দেশে দুটি জিনিসই আমরা শুধু দেখি একটি হলো ভোট চুরি ও আরেকটি হলো আওয়ামী লীগের নেতাকর্মী, মন্ত্রী, সরকার প্রধানের ছেলের চরম দুর্নীতি। রিলেফের কম্বল চুরি দিয়ে শুরু করে ছাগল চুরি, ভোট চুরিথেকে রিজার্ভ চুরি কোন চুরিই বাদ দিচ্ছে না আওয়ামী লীগ সরকার।
বাকশাল কায়েম দিয়ে গনতন্ত্র হত্যা শুরু করেছিল | এখন গনতন্ত্র, ভোটাধিকার হরন করে দেশের মালিকানা কেড়ে নিয়েছে এবং জনগনের জীবন জীবিকা বিপন্ন করে তুলেছে এই ফ্যাসিস্ট সরকার।
Awami League government of the night vote
We, the Bengali nation, refer to the night of March 25, 1971, as the ‘Black Night’ because on this night, the Pakistani military launched a systematic genocide against sleeping Bengali civilians. Although we achieved independence on December 16, 1971, the question remains – are we truly free?
Another dark night reminiscent of March 25, 1971, occurred on December 29, 2018. On this night, the Awami League government, through their muscle gangs, student league, and police administration, manipulated the ballots even before the elections, depriving ordinary people of their voting rights. The world now questions the legitimacy of the 2014 and 2018 elections, labeling them as elections marred by vote rigging and manipulation.
A report by Transparency International Bangladesh in January 2019 revealed that in the 2018 national elections, seals were broken on 33 out of 50 selected seats the night before the election. Despite assurances from the Election Commission and the Awami League government of ensuring security at all polling centers on election day, this promise, like others, proved futile.
In most polling centers, opposition party workers were arrested, subjected to harassment, and ordinary people were coerced into voting by intimidation and violence, as witnessed in the 2014 and 2018 elections. Attacks by the student league, maintenance of silence by the police administration – all prove how the Awami League conducts a manipulated election, usurping the voting rights of the general public.
In a democratic country, casting your vote in a national election is your democratic right. However, if you went to the polling center on election day, you would discover that your vote had already been cast by someone else. In 2014 and 2018, the people of Bangladesh saw how even deceased individuals were able to vote. Behind all this lies the Election Commission appointed by the Awami League, which has undermined the right to vote. Today, the country lacks democratic rights, and the voting rights of the general public have been taken away.
Through ballot box theft, starting from the Relief blanket theft to goat theft, and from vote rigging to reserve seat theft – no form of theft is foreign to the Awami League government.
The assault on democracy began with Bakshal Kayaem. Now, the fascist government has seized democracy, stolen the country’s assets, and disrupted the livelihoods of the people.”
